priming for surfaces having such a dampness degree that it’s not possible
to apply any other paint. Thanks to the components which react with water,
we can assure adherence to damp surfaces, forming a firmly set coat on the
substrate. When the coat is dry, it prevents the passing of dampness from the substrate thus allowing the application of other paints (water or solvent borne) afterwards, provided they’re compatible with TECMA BASS SH. |
