CORTA-BB (s/n) is an oily concentrated cutting oil, which is emulsible in water with which it forms stable emulsions with a bone-white appearance. It's used in general mechanizing operations.


Its nitrite free composition fulfills the measures taken by public authorities concerning ecological balance and whose final aim is the keeping of the environment which is being more and more damaged.


The spill of emulsions from metal mechanizing fluids with high nitrite contents, as protectors from oxidation in emulsible cutting oils, can cause damage in the environment and can even lead to the formation of nitrated amines. That's why we studied new compositions for products which, keeping the lubrication , emulsionability, antioxidizing power and protection properties, remove from the composition harmful elements such as nitrites, chlorine, phenolic bactericides, etc., in order to make them more environment compatible.

     
   

Its high lubricating and cooling power, together with the formation of highly stable emulsions in water, result in a long-lasting product, difficult to be attacked by bacteria and with a high resistance to time.


Its cooling power and its high lubricating power, reduce thermal distorsions, giving cleaner, cooler and more precise cuttings, providing, at the same time, longer life for the tools used.


The pH of the emulsions formed is low enough to prevent attacks on the machinery paint.


Due to its compositions, CORTA-BB (s/n) is compatible with hard waters, although it should always be emulsified with water considered as drinking water.
CORTA-BB (s/n) has detergent properties which assure constant cleaning of the mechanisims, piping, valves, etc., in the machines.
