DECAOX-SP is a chemical with high deoxidizing and passivating power. It’s been formulated based on organic and inorganic acids, humectant agents, phosphates, tensoactives and corrosion inhibitors. Due to its careful composition, it degreases and removes metal oxides respecting the metal base. It causes a surface phosphating which protects and facilitates adherence for subsequent protecting coatings.

The synergic action of its acid components remove and dissolve oxides, greases and dirt at the same time. Its strong cleaning and deoxidizing action activates the metal reactivity against oxygen, being necessary a neutralizing of the treated surfaces, after removing DECAOX-SP remainings, through rinsing with abundant clean water.

Due to its composition, while using DECAOX-SP in cold, there are no odours or vapour production.
