TRATAGRES is a clear, liquid product with a characteristic odour, which has been formulated based on chlorinated derivatives, aliphatic solvents and emulsifying tensoactives with non-ionic and cationic character, which allows making emulsions of TRATAGRES in water.

TRATAGRES is especially formulated for controlling bad odours from waste water, septic ponds, waste water drains, etc. Places where sulphoreductor bacteria cause production, among others, of sulphuric acid, with its characteristic and disagreable odour of rotten eggs.

Its contents in orthodichloronbenzene, removes sulphate reductor bacteria, thus avoiding the formation of sulphur derivatives, which are normally the main cause of bad odours. Due to its contents in aliphatic solvents, it dilutes the grease coats, thus making easier the keeping of the collectors cleaner. Thanks to its emulsifying power, it forms emulsions allowing the fluidification of greases, enhancing natural decay of the components since it allows a better surface aeration.

Due to its neutral character, it does not attack metals or produce changes in the pH of the treated water.
