TECMA-CUAR is a germicidal cleaner, which has been formulated based on quaternary ammonium compounds with synergic tensoactives and cleaning products. Due to its contents in quaternary ammonium derivatives (alkyl-dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium chloride), with disinfectant effects, it’s effective against estafilococos aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosas, aerobacter aerogenes and other patogen and non-patogen organisms, which are frequently present on surfaces with possible contact with foodstuff.

The adding of tensoactives and degreasing products in the compostion of TECMA-CUAR allows cleaning and disinfecting at the same time, thus also allowing, apart from removing grease and other dirt, providing the necessary germicidal power to this type of surfaces.

TECMA-CUAR has a good tolerance to hard water up to 500 ppm hardness.
