TECMA-GRAS is a powerful degreasing agent, formulated based on compounds with high humectant, emulsifying and degreasing power. It’s liquid, yellow-coloured and has a characteristic odour; due to its special composition, in an alkalin base, and its high solvent power, removes greases and other dirt present in ovens, fryers, fume removal hoods, kitchen equipment, etc.
